Most companies treat benefits and employee health as two separate things. I don't.
I'm an insurance professional and a holistic life coach, which means I can sit on both sides of the table at once — building a smart group benefits strategy and working directly with your team to actually improve how they feel day to day.
Because here's the truth: a good benefits package alone doesn't change anyone's behavior. What changes behavior is support — consistent, in-person, real support. That's where the coaching comes in.

What this looks like
I work with a small number of companies at a time, on purpose. It lets me keep everything tailored and keep the level of service high. With each one, I bring wellness coaching right into the workplace, through both one-on-one and group sessions, to help employees:
- Manage stress before it builds up
- Build healthier habits that stick
- Show up with more energy and focus
Sessions can be on-site or virtual, whichever fits your team better.
Why it's worth it
When people feel genuinely supported in their health, the rest follows. You see it in retention, in morale, and over time, in fewer claims and lower long-term costs. This is prevention instead of reaction — and it's a more personal, concierge approach than you'll get from a standard benefits setup.
If that sounds like something your team could use, I'd love to talk it through.
